March 4th | 2024Expressive Type Book Cover
This project was a redesign of the cover for the novelia titled ‘The Turn of the Screw’ by Henry James. The purpose was to recreate a book cover for Henry James’ book focusing on the forms of typography. Since this book is a work if gothic horror fiction, it was made for the intent for adults to read, perhaps the ages 20-35. In recent years though, many young readers have been picking up on reading gothic horror fiction as well. When making this new cover, the target audience in mind are people from the age 16-25.
